Principles of Hydrogen Safety

Completion of the Hydrogen Safety e-Passport course does not constitute or imply certification of competency to safely work with or around hydrogen. Hydrogen Safe disclaims any and all liability for incidents, damages, or losses arising from or subsequent to participation in this course.

It is the sole responsibility of the employer to verify that the identity of the worker corresponds to the individual registered under the Hydrogen Safety e-Passport. Hydrogen Safe reserves the right to record all assessment sessions for verification and quality assurance purposes. Such recordings shall be securely retained for a period of five (5) years in accordance with data protection and record-keeping requirements.
